Who these terms are with

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Knurl LLC ("Knurl," "we," "us," or "our"), the company that provides MatchThree. By accessing or using MatchThree, you agree to these terms. If you use MatchThree for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

What MatchThree does

MatchThree identifies deterministic differences in purchase order, receipt, and invoice files and mappings you provide. The free result summarizes exceptions. A one-time Correction Pass unlocks AP Exception Pack generation for analyses you run during the pass.

MatchThree is an operational review aid. It is not an accounting system and does not provide accounting, tax, legal, audit, or payment advice. You remain responsible for checking source records, choosing tolerances, resolving exceptions, and approving or paying invoices.

Your files and input quality

Spreadsheet processing and report generation take place locally in your browser. You retain ownership of your files and their contents. Results depend on complete and accurate exports and column mappings. MatchThree does not silently approve fuzzy matches; unresolved records require human review.

Acceptable use

You may use MatchThree for lawful internal business purposes. You must not use it to break the law; commit fraud or send spam; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; distribute malware; interfere with security or availability; probe for vulnerabilities without written permission; or scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the service in a way that harms Knurl, Paddle, other users, or third parties.

Ownership

Knurl and its licensors retain all rights in MatchThree, including its software, design, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service as described here. They do not transfer ownership of MatchThree or restrict your ownership of your business files.

One-time Correction Pass

The displayed $49 USD price purchases one non-renewing 14-day Correction Pass. The pass begins when Paddle marks the transaction as billed and ends at the same time 14 consecutive 24-hour periods later. During that period, you may run corrected source exports and generate AP Exception Packs as often as reasonably needed for your internal business review. After expiration, another pass is required for additional exports.

Any taxes and the final total are shown at checkout. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for the transaction; Paddle handles payment, tax calculation, receipts, and payment support under the Paddle Buyer Terms.

The pass is assigned to the passwordless Knurl account signed in when checkout begins. Signing into that same account restores an active pass after browser storage is cleared or on another supported browser or device. You are responsible for keeping access to the account email secure and must not sell, share, or transfer pass access.

MatchThree may send the purchase receipt address one service reminder approximately 48 hours before an eligible pass expires. The reminder is a courtesy and does not extend the pass. It contains no spreadsheet or analysis data, is not a marketing subscription, and does not initiate another charge.

Availability and changes

MatchThree is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Keep your source exports and independently verify material payment decisions. We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features, but a change does not limit any mandatory rights attached to a completed purchase.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate an account or paid access when reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these terms, non-payment, an approved refund, an open chargeback, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. We will act proportionately where practical and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Disclaimer and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Knurl is not responsible for decisions made without reviewing the underlying records, indirect or consequential losses, or losses caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or malformed source data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as MatchThree or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. The terms in effect when you make a purchase apply to that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
